As we went through and saw all the DC Ranch homes for sale I realized it was time to post about this specific real estate market. Here you go, the latest market data about homes for sale in DC Ranch Scottsdale AZ.

Active Homes for Sale: 112
- Below $1,000,000 = 40
- $1,000,000 and Up = 72
Homes Sold in October 2012: 14
- Below $1,000,000 = 11
- $1,000,000 and Up = 4
Homes Sold in September 2012: 8
- Below $1,000,000 = 6
- $1,000,000 and Up = 2
Homes Sold in October 2011: 8
- Below $1,000,000 = 5
- $1,000,000 and Up = 3
With just below 4 months inventory, the supply and demand favors sellers below $1,000,000. When you get over $1,000,000 the market is favoring buyers – less competition for more listings. However, when jumbo-loan lending requirements loosen up, we’ll see an increase in million+ buyers and that market should come back to “normal” – aka around 6 months supply.
