All right. Let’s talk about today’s market statistics, what the media is saying and what you have to say in response. So right now we have 26,800 home active, on the market, which is up about 3,000 from the beginning of the year, but compared to last year…
Where we had 16,000 homes on the market, this is what the media is getting all excited about. They are starting to want to predict foul trouble in the first part of the game and how it’s going to impact the end of the game. And as we know folks, you can’t count your chickens before they hatch.
You can’t leave the stadium in the first quarter.
Right, but you know what Ashley, they want to fill their seats, so you know they have to come up with some interesting ways to describe the market so it sounds…

They are competing with March Madness to draw attention to the media market, so let’s predict things that are just widely untrue! Right?
Exactly! So it’s time to debunk some of that jack, what’s your theory on this?
Well, everyone is trying to compare the market to last four years when we realize there was more investors in the market than there are now, that is true. I’m just saying it’s kind of a balanced market. It’s not too hot, not too cold.
We’re okay with it being boring as long as it’s balanced. And really…
The point is sometimes people need to go a little beyond what is reality to make it exciting.
