Is Jeff liquidating his real estate portfolio?

One of the highlights of the video is the fact inventory is rising rapidly in the upper price points. This is significant because the luxury market has a larger proportional impact on the overall Valley’s home prices than lower-priced properties. What does this mean? We might hear about the prices coming down, when they actually aren’t for non-luxury. But when the news starts to report on “Valley Home Prices Begin to Decline”, the public starts to believe that and we’ll see what shakes out.
