Welcome! This is Troon Real Estate Sales for January 2012. This year in January for Troon Real Estate we sold 14 homes averaging $213.00 per square foot. Troon Real Estate had 2 bank owned, averaging $170.00 per square foot, and 2 Troon short sales, averaging $189.00 per square foot.
There were 12 single family homes sold in Troon Real Estate, and 2 town homes and condos. Last year in January we had sold 18 Troon homes for sale during this same period of time averaging $203.00 per square foot.
We’ve seen a 5% increase in prices since last year over the same time period. And an even larger percentage over December 2011 where we sold 20 homes for Troon Real Estate averaging $182.00 per square foot. As we continue to see inventory fall and demand remain constant, homes like this are moving quite fast off the market.
