Probably the families in it, so the majority of the subdivision, of the 3600 homes that are there…oh I don’t know, probably 60-70% are families. The quality of schools that are there…they are very highly rated by Greatschools.net.
They offer a K-8 which is not always found in all the school districts throughout the valley, so that your child can stay all the way up through (8th).
There’s lots of community features such as water (and skate) parks, and playgrounds, (golf courses) that kind of stuff.
As well as there’s the HOA that’s very strong, and it provides events for the homeowners.
