Zillow recently announced that they will work with agents in Phoenix to test buying and selling homes directly. It’s called Zillow Instant Offers, and I am excited to announce that the Sibbach Team will be one of the 5 teams exclusively working with Zillow in Phoenix.
Potential home sellers will receive investor offers as well as comps of their home’s open market value from a Top REALTOR®, within two business days after sending in their home’s information. This give home owners the control and comfort of picking their selling timeline, and maximizing their home’s sale price to get Top Dollar.
