Montecito is a community built by Greystone Homes and consists or 83 single family homes. This was one of the last communities built in McDowell Mountain Ranch. It is located on the south east corner of Thompson Peak Parkway and Bell Road. There are four floor plans, ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,600 square feet. Montecito has a lot to offer including sweeping views of the McDowell Mountains and stunning city light views.
