I’m a stats guy. I track all the top real estate teams and their sales numbers in the MLS. It’s how I educate myself on whether we’re doing well or not. This month I was very excited when our numbers were larger than any other team. No teams at any other brokerage including Berkshire Hathaway, Re/Max, Walt Danely Realty, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 or Russ Lyon Sotheby’s posted higher sales volume numbers.
I can’t explain the immense amount of internal gratification I have from achieving the number one spot in our area. ARMLS is the largest MLS in the state. Phoenix is the 6th largest metro in the country. We’re just a little excited.
