I was blown away. Jeff and I were sitting at the freshly polished kitchen table with a couple we had previously never met in North Scottsdale. They were selling their house because the husband’s job had been transferred and when I asked how she found us she said, “I googled you.”
From a marketing perspective it’s always good to know how people find you, that way you can do more of it. So I continued to dig, “What did you google?”
She continued, “I was looking for the top Scottsdale agents so I typed in ‘best real estate agents in North Scottsdale’ and you came up.”
Awesome.
It goes without saying that we feel we do a better job than anyone else at taking care of every piece of the real estate transaction for our clients. It’s why the majority of our business comes from past clients and personal referrals. It’s also why our client reviews on Zillow and Yelp are as high as they can be. We take care of our people.
In doing so, we nearly doubled our business last year and plan on doubling it again this year. Even with the growth we are staying true to what made us successful in the first place.
- We tell the truth even if it means we don’t get the listing right away. We currently have three clients who we advised hold off until March to put their home on the market.
- You make the decisions. We share as much information as possible that is relevant to buying/selling. The more educated you are, the happier you’ll be with your decision.
- We market outside of the box to find buyers for our sellers and sellers for our buyers. Ask us to share the story about finding three unlisted homes for the family that wanted to live in the Pinnacle Peak area. Sometimes we surprise ourselves.
- Jeff meets with every client. After-all it was his real estate market expertise that got us here in the first place.
I’ve always thought that if you’re looking for the best realtor in North Scottsdale, you need to look no further. But when the seller told us that is how she found us, it made me smile.
