When I meet with homeowners who are interviewing some of the best REALTORS® in Scottsdale, they often ask me how many houses I have sold. I typically pull up the MLS and run a quick search for “Jeff Sibbach” as the listing agent, co-listing agent, and sales agent and then plot them on a map. This image is from this exact search I did this morning; 206 houses in the last 24 months.

As a clarification this does not include the team members production… which is a common question I hear as well. If we include the team member’s production the number of houses sold doubles to almost 400 in the last 2 years.

Seeing and selling this many houses helps my clients be prepared for every turn in the transaction.

Part of me wishes there was a different name for REALTORS® that sell more than 100 transactions a year. It’s probably why I’m writing this article; to share that even though I’m a “REALTOR®” like the other 33,000 in Maricopa County there is a difference in how I prepare properties, market properties, and negotiate deals. It’s why half of my business comes from people that refer me or that I’ve helped in the past. Next time a friend asks if you know a top realtor, say YES!
