Every year the Phoenix Business Journal publishes their “Book of Lists” that ranks all real estate agent, real estate brokerages, real estate teams, as well as a plethora of businesses outside our vertical.
When the deadline for these lists come around, we have to decide if we’re going to submit our numbers for the Sibbach Team as a whole or just Jeff Sibbach’s business. This year we submitted the Team numbers; just over $80 million of closed residential homes in 2014. Turns out that was sixth best out of all real estate teams in our area.
So in the 2015 Phoenix Business Journal’s Book of Lists you will find the Sibbach Team with $81.25million in sales with 162 closings!
