There is a long list of things to think about when contemplating a move and “job” is often at the top of the list. Is moving closer to a Scottsdale for job a good decision for you? Some benefits to consider:

BE HEALTHIER- The time you save on commuting can be spent at the gym or preparing healthy meals, instead of going through a fast food drive-thru. Living close to work also gives you the option to ride your bike or even walk to work (but probably not in the summer here!). You will also have more time to sleep in and get ready in the morning.
EXTRA INCOME- You may be able to pick up extra hours at work. Time is money and money is time, so when you have to spend an extra time commuting to work, you are essentially losing money.
FAMILY- With less time wasted driving, there is more time to spend with family. Working closer to home is especially helpful in case of an emergency or you need to pick up your child from school early. Or if you live by yourself, think of all the Netflix and Hulu you could watch!
