To me using technology in our business comes so naturally I forget it’s a differentiator from other agents. Yes we use it to increase communication efficiency with our clients, but it’s also a staple in our marketing. We feel we understand the internet and how it can help sell houses better than any agent in the Valley. Our techno-strategies helped us grow 50% from 2011 to 2012, 100% from 2012 to 2013, and we’re currently on pace to grow 30% this year over last (with fewer overall sales in the area).
When clients prefer to sign documents digitally using docusign, we’re right there. When they’d rather have text communication for showing notices rather than phone calls… no problem. Being labeled a tech savvy real estate agent is a great compliment. And when it comes from a CEO who built a tech savvy real estate brokerage model… all the better!
