During the first annual Sibbach Cares Charity event, Jeff Sibbach and over 40 top REALTORS® loaded a bus, and traveled to the Feed My Starving Children packing center in Mesa, Arizona.
Who is Feed My Staving Children?
“Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.”
Feed My Starving Children works with partners in over 70 countries to combat starvation and malnutrition world-wide. They believe that, “Nutrition allows children to grow, thrive and develop to their full potential so that they can become productive members of their communities.” Each “food pack” is hand-made, packed, and paid for by volunteers. Feed My Starving Children is completely funded by its generous supporters world-wide, and fully powered by volunteers. They receive no government funding, and that is why their volunteers are so important.
Sibbach Team Lends A Hand
On November 30th, 2017- Jeff Sibbach and Team came together to make and impact and pack food. All food packed was shipped to children in need in Puerto Rico. The team divided and conquered to fill, seal, and pack meals into boxes, and in just an hour and a half these were the results!
- 180 Boxes Were Packed
- 38,880 Meals Were Packaged
- From that- 106 Kids will be fed for a year.
