Let me start by saying we are professional real estate agents that work very hard at our job 6 days a week. The other day is spent with family. We look at business in a very mathematical way. We analyze stats in our market place and internal business more than we probably should, but we enjoy it. It’s fun for us. Every now and then we see a question being asked by our clients that needs some clarification. Today’s example… asking what REALTOR® sold the most amount of homes in [insert your area].
This question needs to be improved by adding a time frame (like a year or month) and clear definition of area (like a city or zip). What realtor sold the most amount of homes in North Scottsdale in 2014 is better, but then you should define North Scottsdale. When talking about a zip code or city lines it’s much less ambiguous. But then there are “areas” such as Arcadia or Pinnacle Peak which aren’t as structured. It’s important to get the question right, so you get the right answer.
The Sibbach Team isn’t the largest team in the Valley. Nor do we sell the most amount of homes valleywide, but we do pretty well in our niche. Jeff Sibbach has sold more homes in North Scottsdale so far in 2014 than any other realtor. We define north Scottsdale as north of Shea, east of Tatum. We also generate enough buyers from our internet marketing to drive more people through our listings when compared to average realtors. So if you’re looking for the realtor that sold the most amount of homes in your neighborhood I ask that you consider interviewing our team.
