There are 7 smaller communities inside Sonoran Hills both gated and non-gated. Homes in Sonoran Hills range from $400,000 to $1.5M. The central point of this area is Pinnacle Peak Elementary School and Sonoran Hills Park. Because of the vicinity to the elementary school we see a lot of families in this neighborhood, but the gated sections have empty-nesters and second homeowners mixed in as well due to excellent North Scottsdale location.
