Lushburger was founded by a local family who set out to create the ultimate neighborhood hangout. Located in Ranch Crossing at DC Ranch, 18251 N. Pima Road, Lushburger is just that. Family friendly, yet with a very chic, modern atmosphere, Lushburger surrounds you with charm and elegance. With chef Matt Carter at the helm (Zinc Bistro, The Mission) the food here does not disappoint.
Lushburger uses only single-sourced, certified all natural, Harris ranch beef. There are no hormones or additives. You really can’t go wrong with any of the burgers but be sure to try the turkey burger with avocado aioli, tomato and arugula with the truffle fries. If you prefer to stick to a more healthy diet, the fresh, crispy veggie sticks are a good alternative. If you choose to skip a burger and go for something a little lighter, go for the Chinese chicken salad or the farmers market salad, both made with the freshest ingredients. Make sure you save room for dessert, because they are just as good as or maybe even better than the main course! They offer a variety of shakes and floats such as dark thin mint and Oreo Overload. Also try the delicious cookie pie or the “lushpuppies”, a donut dessert that you have to see to believe.
