Maravilla Scottsdale is a CCRC (continuum care retirement community) and offers 118 independent-living homes and 39 casitas. It offers 36 assisted-living residences and 24 units for Alzheimer’s and dementia care as well. There is also a partnership with Scottsdale Healthcare for an on-site clinic headed by a registered nurse.
Maravilla Scottsdale is located on 25 acres adjacent to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Tournament Players Club (TPC) Stadium Golf Course. Amenities include: gourmet restaurants, a café, bistro, clubhouse, enclosed swimming pool, 9-hole chip-and-putt golf course, beauty salon and barber shop, bank, and spa.
