Matt was very patient, very informative, and showed lots of empathy during our buying process. This was our second time buying a house, and our first time using Matt. We thought we were experienced buyers based off what our previous realtor showed us, but Matt was so informative and pointed out things to us we would have never seen if it wasn’t for him. We were quick to realize that Matt had our best interests in mind and was more concerned about us being happy then making a commission.
Matt was quick to accommodate to our schedule and very attentive to our needs. Our buying process was a long journey and we didn’t once feel rushed or as if we were a bother at any point in the process.
He was a true support system during our shopping period, escrow, and even after the close of escrow. After working with Matt, I know what a great realtor is and I don’t plan on using anyone else.
