Mauricio is a great realator!!! As crazy as this market is, we were able to get an offer accepted our first day looking at houses in a very fun/ hip neighborhood. He worked quickly with the seller and my loan officer and we closed in less than 21 days! He helped me decide on how much to offer and made sure I had a competitive offer without offering too much. He’s always available to make time for you and your needs during the home buying experience. He showed the house same day I’d ask to me/ friends/ family. He is very professional and trustworthy. I had no idea what any of the steps were or anything about the process of buying a house as a first time buyer, but he walked me through the steps and explained everything to me multiple times. He also took the time to answer any questions my family and friends had on the home while showing it to them when we were waiting for the closing date. He did all of the home inspections and followed up on all of the items on the expection list while I was at work. He neigotiated for me with the seller on inspection items without asking. I trusted him enough to ask his opinion on everything. He was extremely transparent and honest to me as his client which was very important to me because I was on my own during the home buying process. Who ever gets him as a realtor is very lucky!!
