Brad is fantastic. I’ve purchased two homes using his service, and I will definitely do so again. He worked hard for me and really helped me find what I really wanted. I was even interested in one place in particular that I was close to getting but he talked me out of it because he thought the proximity to a major road would hurt the resale value. That shows the integrity that a realtor absolutely must have. It is nice to receive honest opinions from a realtor even if it means more work for them. If you want a good deal on a property through a guy that will work his butt off for you while always shooting straight with you, Brad is your guy.
