The Scottsdale Unified School District will be hosting the second annual SUSD Showcase Saturday, October 22nd from 10am to 1pm at Cocopah Middle School, 6615 E. Cholla St. All 31 ,SUSD schools will be present while student performances entertain throughout the event. The event will showcase the many specialized programs available at various campuse from robotics, to academics, arts and athletics. The SUSD Showcase provides an opportunity to connect with all SUSD schools.
Information will be available regarding individual schools, as well as calendars of upcoming events. Performances will include students from all SUSD communities. A student art gallery with art samples from all grade levels be displayed at the event. Additionally, there will be food trucks, door prizes, and family fun!
“We enjoy being able to show the community the results of the diverse and challenging learning opportunities that take place in our schools,” said Dr. David McNeil, assistant superintendent of educational leadership.
The event is open to all Scottsdale families and residents and there is no cost to attend.
