Living in the North Scottsdale Real Estate area of the Sonoran Desert we come to realize that from May to October it is HOT outside. We are always trying to find some fun things to do indoors to beat the heat. It is especially hard to keep little ones occupied during the summer, school is out and there is only so much we can stand outdoors. There are lot’s of things to do in the North Scottsdale Real Estate area to do if you just take a look.
The Mustang Library offers fun story times for little ones from ages 0-5 or try a Shake, Rattle & Roll class for all ages. They also offer fun activities for teens as well as spanish speaking events for kids. If you are willing to venture out for a little while in the heat head over to Kierland Commons and splash around in the splash pad, don’t forget your towel and sunscreen. Located in the North Scottsdale Real Estate area, Kierland Commons is a great way for the little ones to have some fun and you can catch up with friends and enjoy an ice cream to cool off.
Another great gem in the North Scottsdale Real Estate area is the MIM-Musical Instrument Museum. This museum takes you North Scottsdale Real Estate on the journey of different musical instruments and cultures from all over the world. It is an interactive museum and they always have different musicians performing.
There is also a fun new store in the Scottsdale Quarter called Make Meaning, it is a creative and fun store where you can get your creative juices flowing. You can make anything from soap, candles, jewelry, ceramics or cake decorating. It is totally a fun interactive place for adults as well as kids. They also do parties, so for those kids with a summer birthday this may be your answer.
Now let us all remember why we love Arizona, because for the rest of the year we can tell all of our family and friends how beautiful it is outside while they shovel out their driveways!
