Arcadia boundaries are confusing for people. How do I know? One of my most popular blog articles is Where is Arcadia AZ?
It’s important to me to provide accurate information to our visitors. So as I was reformatting the Arcadia Real Estate section here on Sibbach.com I noticed our old Arcadia map was a little … lack luster. It didn’t differentiate Arcadia Proper, from Lower Arcadia, or Arcadia Lite. So I knew it was time to roll out a new version. I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but are your driving around Phoenix these days neighbors of Arcadia and commercial complexes are leveraging the name Arcadia because of it’s popularity. Therefore, I had to add a little fun into this new version of our Arcadia Map. Hopefully no one is offended that I included the “People That Say They Live in Arcadia” section. It’s mostly true :)
Our new map separates the different definitions we hear to describe where Arcadia is… Proper, Lite, or Lower. And whether you appreciate my humor or not with the surrounding areas, this map is still a much better version than the previous one which only included one main outline.
I did a little extra research for this map… knowing that not everyone agrees on Arcadia Boundaries. I searched the MLS for all listings that included Arcadia in the subdivision field and this is what came back. Because this is a human entered field that is free-flow text, with no data checks that I know of it’s not surprising that these listings surrounding Arcadia are trying to leverage the higher demand when trying to sell for top dollar.
